This Privacy Policy explains how Nexfolioqt Editorial S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Nexfolioqt", "we", "our") handles the personal information you share with us through nexfolioqt.com. Nexfolioqt operates from Mexico City and follows the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations, together with any binding guideline issued by INAI during 2026.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Nexfolioqt Editorial S. de R.L. de C.V., registered in Mexico City under Folio Mercantil Electrónico N-2021092847, with tax ID NED2103158Q7 and registered address at Av. 2. What information we collect
We only collect what you actively provide through the contact form on this website: your full name, your email address and the content of the message you write. In addition, when you accept the corresponding cookies, we may receive technical information about your visit, such as approximate region, device type, browser language and the pages you consulted. We do not collect government identifiers, banking data or biometric data.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for the following primary purposes: (i) answering your editorial or press inquiry; (ii) maintaining a minimal internal record of correspondence for editorial traceability; (iii) complying with legal obligations that may apply to us as a Mexican company. As secondary purposes, and only if you accept the corresponding cookies, we may use aggregated data to measure how our content is being read and to evaluate the performance of Google Ads campaigns via Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are your consent, the performance of the pre-contractual relationship that arises when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in maintaining a coherent editorial project. You can withdraw your consent for secondary purposes at any moment by adjusting your cookie preferences or by writing to editorial@nexfolioqt.com.
5. Data sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with technical providers that help us operate the website, such as hosting, email delivery and, if you consent, analytics and advertising services provided by Google. Where these providers involve international transfers outside Mexico, we rely on standard contractual clauses and on the transfer regime foreseen in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
6. Retention
Editorial correspondence is retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction, after which messages are anonymized or deleted. Aggregated statistical data may be retained longer in a form that no longer identifies you.
7. ARCO rights
You have the right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as the right to limit the use of your personal data and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, please send a request to editorial@nexfolioqt.com including your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise and a copy of an official document that allows us to verify your identity. We will reply within twenty (20) business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, restricted access to editorial email accounts and periodic reviews of our providers. No system is completely secure; we ask you not to share sensitive personal data through the contact form.
9. Minors
This website is intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age. If you believe that a minor has sent us personal data, please write to editorial@nexfolioqt.com and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory, editorial or technical changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the document and, where relevant, we will re-request your consent for new secondary purposes.
